Drop-Off Procedure

• Once you arrive PLEASE check into the office BEFORE unloading

• Complete owner/machine service order

• ADD Mike's Small Engine Repair & Parts, LLC’s phone number into your phone’s contacts 

• Tag your machine

• Unload in designated area

You Do the Repairs!

• Come on in to our fully stocked parts store.

• If we don’t have what you need we can order it for you!

• All you need to do is to provide us with your MODEL #  and SERIAL # of your machine, or the PART # of the part you are looking for.

• Don’t know exactly what you need??  We have full time mechanics on staff that can walk you through your machine’s malfunctions and help you decide which part might get the job done!!

Pick-Up Procedure

• One of our office staff will contact you letting you know that your machine is ready along with the cost.

• We accept all credit cards, debit cards and cash. Sorry….no personal checks!

• You have 14 days to pick up your equipment.

• Give us a call at 903-952-0957 and we can get you scheduled for a pick-up or drop-off.
